Choi Kwang Il is a South Korean actor. He was born on June 8, 1971 and made his acting debut in 2001. Since then, he has appeared in a number of films and television dramas, including “Forest” (2020) and “Born Again” (2020).

Under the oppressive military regime of President Chun Doo Hwan in 1987, student activist Park Jong Chul is brutally tortured and killed for participating in pro-democracy protests.
