In the treacherous waters between the Philippines and Busan, the container ship Frontier Titan becomes a floating prison transporting dangerous criminals, including the tattooed Jong Doo (Seo In Guk). Led by Seok Woo (Park Ho San), a team of police officers struggles to maintain control of the volatile prisoners. When the criminals stage a violent breakout and attempt to take over the ship, they unleash chaos and bloodshed. However, the convicts are unaware that a far more terrifying threat is also aboard, promising to turn their maritime escape into a nightmare of unimaginable horror. Elite safe-cracker Ji Hyuk (Kim Woo Bin) is no stranger to crime, regularly conducting heists with counterfeiter Koo In (Ko Chang Seok). However, their latest plan to steal diamonds from high-end jewelry store owner President Jo (Kim Yeong Cheol), requires more technical knowledge, so Koo In introduces Ji Hyuk to elite hacker Jong Bae (Lee Hyun Woo). While rumors swirl around Jong Bae's unstable allegiances, the trio decide to proceed – only to get caught by President Jo, who decides to utilize their skills to steal over 100 million dollars from the Incheon Customs secure vault.
