Twenty four-year-old Jung Hee Wan (Kim Min Ha) lives as a recluse, having lost her will to live. Suddenly, she receives a visit from her childhood friend and first love, Kim Ram Woo (Gong Myoung). However, this is no ordinary visit: Ram Woo is now a grim reaper after he died six years ago, and he's come to let Hee Wan know that she only has one week left to live. With Ram Woo's encouragement, Hee Wan creates a bucket list of things to do in her final days alive, and the two begin to fulfill her final wishes. High school student In Young (Lee Re) is a talented dancer, dedicated to her craft despite her young age. However, after losing her mother in a car accident, In Young is suddenly faced with new, adult responsibilities – like paying rent. Threatened with eviction, In Young seeks refuge in the dance studio she practices at. When Seol Ah (Jin Seo Yeon), the director of the dance troupe, discovers In Young's living situation, she reluctantly takes In Young in. Throughout it all, they must prepare for the dance company's 60th anniversary celebration, dealing with interpersonal disputes within the dance group and external pressure, but gradually learn to connect with each other on a deeper level.
