The last person a crime leader wants to meet is a police detective. Baek Jang Mi (Son Ye Jin) is extradited to Korea from Japan after her Yakuza crime syndicate is busted by the police. In Korea, Jang Mi opens a tattoo parlor but then decides to start up another pickpocket crime ring under the name “Samsung Group.” She strong-arms Kang Man Ok (Kim Hae Sook), a legendary pickpocket, to help her start up her new organization. When Jang Mi is attacked by a rival crime gang in an alley, police detective Jo Dae Young (Kim Myung Min) comes to her rescue. They lock eyes, but Jang Mi quickly disappears as soon as she realizes that Dae Young is a cop. Later, Dae Young is given a new assignment to investigate a growing pickpocket crime ring in Korea, only to realize that the leader he has to hunt down is the mysterious woman he saved in the alley.
