Jin Tian (Wang Li Kun) feels like life is getting her down after her fiancé jilts her and her grandmother dies. In a desperate bid to escape her emotions, she decides to travel to the Czech Republic, remembering that her grandmother had once spent a few happy years in Prague.
But while she is sorting through her grandmother's affairs, she makes a remarkable – and fateful – discovery: a letter addressed to her grandmother that dates back to 1970. The letter appears to have been written by her grandmother’s former (Czech) lover!
Soon after arriving in Prague, Jin Tian meets a Chinese man named Peng Zeyang (Kris Wu), who lives in the city. Peng Zeyang is a single father who cares for his young daughter as well as his schizophrenic mother. He resolves to help Jin Tian in a mission to find her grandmother’s old flame.
Will they track down her grandmother’s mysterious Czech lover? And might their love quest lead them to a little romance of their own?
