During the Joseon Dynasty, the Crown Prince plans a coup against King Lee Jo (Kim Eui Sung), who is subservient to the Qing Emperor, by acquiring arquebuses from Dutch traders. War minister Kim Ja Joon (Jang Dong Gun) exposes and foils the prince's scheme, forcing him to agree to suicide while sending a message to his brother Gang Lim (Hyun Bin) to protect his pregnant wife. When Kim Ja Joon's troops board the Dutch ships to seize weapons, a soldier is bitten by a zombie, unknowingly spreading a savage infection that quickly transforms an entire village into flesh-eating monsters. Gang Lim must now navigate the dangerous landscape of political intrigue and zombie outbreak to save his sister-in-law from dual threats. This is a 2018 South Korean horror-action movie directed by Kim Sung Hoon.
