The Black Feather Society, led by the ruthless Mr. Dee (Ding Hai Feng), attempts to steal critical research data, but a scientist escapes with the information. In response, an artificial intelligence activates the cryogenically frozen C40 elite unit, led by Captain Fang Yi (Ren Tian Ye) and Liu Huo (Wang Tao).
