In this retelling of an ancient Korean folktale, two princesses born on the same day to two different mothers – Princess Ja Myung (Jung Ryu Won) and Princess Ra Hee (Park Min Young) – hold the future of their nation in their hands. It is foretold that one will bring about destruction while the other will be the people’s savior. When Princess Ja Myung is labeled the destroyer, she narrowly escapes death and grows up among the commoners. When Ja Myung learns her true identity, can she fulfill her destiny as the people’s savior? “Ja Myung Go,” also known as “Princess Ja Myung” and “The Royal Princess of Ja Myung Go,” is a 2009 South Korean drama series directed by Lee Myung Woo.
I gave this a ten based on what it was supposed to be. Considering the cast, I was surprised that it got cut from 50 episodes. I personally don't like seeing the cast start out young, especially for 14/15 episodes, but it was instrumental in the character development. More battles would be the only thing I thought was missing. The most annoying thing in the entire series was the horrible laughing from more than one character! Lol anyway, hope this helps.
