When Qin Zi Qi (Roy Chiu), the privileged son of a wealthy family, returns home to Taiwan after attaining his MBA in the United States, he fully expects to start work at the top of the management food chain at Jing Shi Department Store. But his father, Qin Mu Bai (Shen Meng Sheng), who is chairman of the company, has other plans. In order to earn the leadership reins, Zi Qi is forced to work in entry-level sales for one year and live on his low-level salary without revealing his true identity to other employees. He may not have survived the test if it weren’t for the help of Sheng Xin Ren (Alice Ke), another low-level salesperson. A savvy, hard-working girl, Xin Ren uses her cleverly devised “Office Survival Guide” and “Grassroots Life-Saving Theory” to help Zi Qi through his many challenges during his one-year servitude. But then when Mu Bai hires the handsome and popular Yu Cheng Feng (James Wen) as the new general manager, will Zi Qi lose both his rightful leadership position and the woman he loves? “Office Girls” is a 2011 Taiwanese drama.
