Can a dangerous serial killer be brought to justice?
Moo Jin Hyuk (Jang Hyuk) is an ace detective whose world falls apart when a serial killer kills his wife (Cha Soo Yeon). Kang Kwon Joo (Lee Ha Na) is a top graduate of the police academy who starts work as a 112 call center operator. Kwon Joo takes the emergency call from Jin Hyuk’s wife and ends up overhearing the killing of her own father, who is a police sergeant.
Devastated, Kwon Joo goes to the United States to further her studies in voice profiling and returns to Korea years later to head up a 112 call center and establishes a special Golden Time Task Force to become the first responders in time-critical 112 emergency calls. Coerced onto the Golden Time special unit are Jin Hyuk, his partner Shim Dae Shik (Baek Sung Hyun), master computer hacker Oh Hyun Ho (Yesung) and multilinguist Park Eun Soo (Son Eun Seo).
Working together, can Jin Hyuk and Kwon Joo track down the same serial killer responsible for the loss of their loved ones?
