He was a contestant in the 2020 survival TV show “I-LAND.” He placed among the highest-scoring candidates in the show, and joined the winning group that eventually formed the all-male K-pop group ENHYPEN. He joined his groupmates to appear in the pre-debut reality show “ENHYPEN&HI” (2020).

Jungwon is a South Korean singer who was born on February 9, 2004, He attended Namgang High School. In 2020, he was one of the contestants in the reality survival TV show “I-LAND,” and placed first in the final standings. Later the same year, he debuted with the contestants who placed 2-7 in the all-male K-pop group ENHYPEN.
