Although I skipped through most of the grandma and her slave scenes, I absolutely loved the love triangle story from the old generation. Aff and Aum are just perfect for each other. This is my 2nd series of them together and I totally ship this #ATeam. Aff is not only a super pretty face but an excellent actress as well. I do not tire looking at her perform. The actor who played Prince Sirriwatana was so incredibly good and moving as well. That black-hearted grandma took evil to a whole new level. She never knew a moment of happiness and she blamed others for it when it was totally her own doing. Almost 90yrs old and still miserable and bitter. She did not deserve to have good and kind grandchildren. The actress who played her younger self was the worst actress I have ever watched. I skipped her scenes, too. I don't understand how the director could have allowed her to act in that fake manner. Why did she talk that way? I mean seriouly, wrong choice of actress! Same goes with Thanin and that cousin of Suriya. This would have been lower rating but saved by the beautiful love story between Princess Maneerin and the two Princes as well as the acting, the history, the beautiful silk fabrics and the weaving! I also loved how Khun Rin and Suriya were fated to be with each other and how their lives were linked from the start. That Older Prince made me cry, too. He was so gentle and kind. *sigh* Watched it on youtube. First few lakorns I have watched and I love how intense, raw and real they can get. Kudos to Thai people for giving us such an experience! Also loved the main song.
