This movie is more complex than it seems. Jae Ha's character seems confused between his personality and the role he must play as Walter. His wife even goes so far as to tell him that she will talk about it again after the play is over because he is unable to part with the role he plays, as always. He comes to embody the role as real to him and in that sense, I think the love/passion he feels for his partner in the theater play is related to the fact that he has difficulties to distinguish his own personality and the role. We even see at the end he loses the reason, he is confused. He even confused the names between the theater play and his real life. On the other hand, his partner seems to push the passion between them in order to be able to play his role to perfection, as if it were real. The problem is, it becomes real to the point of confusion for Jae Ha. I think that if we had the sequel of this film, Jae Ha's character would have made a big depression and would have fallen into a black hole from which he could not get out easily. He seems to have some difficulty distinguishing Real, Imaginary and Symbolic (one could easily guess a very fragile psychic construction). To conclude, this movie seems much more psychologically complex than it seems, under the cover of a BL romance, which ultimately does not seem to be in the foreground, when you look closely. Finally, the method seems to be dangerous, to the point of losing its own existence.

I saw the first episodes and I have to say that I'm totally disappointed. It's too unrealistic and gives a false image of psychology, in particular social psychology. What a bad psychologist! I don't approve at all. The research on love is horrible and ethically it is impossible! With a human, in a particular situation, we can make him the way we want. Yes it's possible. Look: The Stanford Prison Experiment or Milgram experiment. IT'S HORRIBLE! ALSO, a psychologist who told his patient that this or that is not true, it's wrong, it's impossible... it's really crazy! Absurd! (Episode 1 or 2) I'M REALLY SHOCKED. In short, I don't recommend it and I don't like. I give 1/10 for the beautiful smile of Han Ye Seul.
