Let me tell you that this drama is an ABSOLUTE MASTERPIECE!! The way the writer pieces everything together and unveils all the mysteries, it’s just perfect. We have questions from the beginning of the drama but the writer doesn’t hesitant to answer those questions as you go along the drama.. The way the scenes are directed too and how the drama foreshadows everything, and connects thing together, it’s absolute perfection. There are so many parallelism beteeen scenes and it’s absolutely beautiful. You are in for a ride where the writer keeps you on the edge of your seat. Not to mention THE ACTING of Shin Ha Kyun is STUNNING and no disappointment from Yeo Jin Goo’s acting. The main leads manage to deliver the portrayal of the characters and seriously even the supporting actors and side actors are amazing as well. Huge shot out not only to Shin Ha Kyun and Yeo Jin Goo but also to Jaeyi’s actress and Jungjae’s actor (Choi Sung Eun and Choi Dae Hoon)! None of the actors disappoint in this drama and the portrayal is beautiful. This drama deserves all the awards because of how beautifully made it is. Even to the end, the writer delivers the story and it’s amazing. I highly recommend this drama and dare say that this drama is the best of 2021 so far
super excited for this drama and can't wait to see Park Hyung Sik<3
I'm sad that this drama has an 8.3 on Viki and many people gave low ratings! There was the whole change between the male leads (Ji Soo and Na In Woo) but that shouldn't affect the rating of this drama and how good it is. I really enjoyed River Where The Moon Rise and this being a sageuk drama. This drama was truly a journey and an amazing love story between On Dal and Pyeonggang. I like how each episode was fast-paced and the drama didn't hesitate to delay anything. **SPOILERS** I like how the drama wrapped up the arc with Go Won Pyo in episode 17/18 and didn't delay it until the end. You know there are some dramas that wait till the last minute to defeat the main antagonist. This drama was different in the sense where it focused on Silla in the last two episodes. The only thing I would complain about the ending is On Dal surviving the like 10+ arrows that hit him and proceeding to live because of his "change of state" **END OF SPOILERS** Overall though, it was quite a ride with this drama for the last 3-4 months and I really enjoyed every step of the way. The drama progresses really well and covers all the main plot points. Highly recommend!
