Kunal (Munish Khan), on a drive back home after a break-up with his ambitious girlfriend, Ishita meets with an accident and is saved by a passer-by, Raghu (Zakir Hussain). Having got a second lease of life, he seeks out the good Samaritan to offer his gratitude. But the anonymous benefactor turns out to be a hitman and it isn't long before Kunal is embroiled in a brutal gang war. When things get dangerous and Ishita is also dragged into it, Kunal is forced to make a decision, but the question is how far will he go to repay Raghu's debt?
