Can a teenage girl survive in the mostly male surroundings when she is forced to attend a technical school? Nao Yoshino (Emi Takei) has her eyes set on a prestigious all-girls high school, but she is forced to come up with a Plan B when she fails the entrance exam. She enrolls instead at a technical high school called Kenritsu Asuka Kougyou Koukou, simply known by the nickname “Asuko.” Of the 148 entering freshman, Nao is only one of three girls and she’s the only girl in her classroom. How will she fit into the all-male environment? “Asuka High School March!” is a 2011 Japanese drama series directed by Naomi Tamura, Renpei Tsukamoto and Akira Hibino.
