Hey, guys! Today, I made Cream Soboro Bread! It tastes so good! Hope you guys can follow and enjoy it as well! :) Recipe: 190℃(375℉) 12~15 minutes. Ingredients: 1 Egg, 70ml Milk, 50ml Water, 3g Yeast, 50g Sugar, 5g Salt, 30g Melted Butter, and 250g Bread Flour. Soboro (Streusel): 65g Butter, 20g Peanut Butter, 20g Honey, 1 Egg, 80g Sugar, 160g All-Purpose Flour, 500g heavy cream, and 50g Sugar.
