Recipe: Pie Crust -- 220g Butter, 350g All Purpose Flour, 1tsp Salt, 30g Sugar, and 1/3cup Ice water. Peaches Filling -- 2 Peaches, 60g Sugar, 1/4tsp Cinnamon powder, and 40g Cornstarch; Additional Ingredients -- Egg wash (1 Egg, 20g Water), Sugar. 190℃(375℉) / 25 minutes.
