Hello, this is Sweet The MI. Today, I'll be making Funassyi Bread With Pear Filling. This is such a cute bread. :) Hope you enjoy it! Ingredients: 220g Bread Flour, 25g Sugar, 5g Salt, 6g Dry Yeast , 1 Egg (room temperature), 25g Butter (room temperature), 120g Warm Water (or Milk), Food Coloring, 2 Asian Pears, and 200g Sugar. Cook at 340℉ (170℃) for 15 minutes.
