How to Make Coconut Milk Scones

Hello, everyone! Today, I'll be making coconut milk scones! Hope you like these scones! :) I bought the coconut oil at E-Mart! Coconut oil, which is used instead of cooking oil, is good for losing weight. If you don't have coconut powder, use almond powder instead. Then you'll be making almond scones~! Sprinkle sliced coconuts if you have them. (But coconut powder makes the texture better.) Do not replace cake powder, white sugar and milk with anything else! Coconut oil and baking soda is optional. Cut the butter into pieces before using it. Or leave it at room temperature and make it creamy. Bake in preheated 350F for 17-20 minutes. Ingredients: 150g Cake Flour, 80g Coconut Powder, 40g White Sugar, 2tsp Baking Soda, 50ml Milk, 1/2Tbsp Coconut Oil, 60g Butter, 1 Egg Yolk, 2Tbsp Water, and Topping: Coconut Powder.
