No-Oven Cream Cheese Bun: Black Sesame Mochi Bread

This is a much-requested no-oven, no-bake recipe! Today, I make Cream Cheese Bun using a sweet rice bun mix (black sesame mochi bread) without an oven! It tasted chewy. I used the glutinous rice flour.


Ingredients for the Cream

100g Cream Cheese

25g Powdered Sugar


Ingredients for the Batter

250g Sweet Rice Bun Mix (black sesame mochi bread, sesame tapioca bread mix, kkaechal ppang mix)

1 Egg

70ml Water


Total cooking time on the pan: 15 minutes. Cook 5 minutes, flip after 5 minutes, again after 2 minutes, then after 3 minutes.
