Hello, everyone! Today, I'll be making Royal Icing Ice Cream Cookies! Ari gave me some diverse Mora food colorings, so I decided to make icing cookies! Thank you, Ari! And even you don't have cookies cutters, you can make cute shapes with a knife and rough sketch! Sugar Cookies Ingredients: 100g Butter, 80g Powdered Sugar, 200g Cake Flour and 1 Egg Yolk. If you want to use cocoa powder or green tea powder, adjust the amount of 200g Cake Flour to 20g Cocoa or Green Tea Powder & 170g Cake Flour. If you're adding 30g of Cocoa or Green Tea Powder, add one more egg yolk. If you want to use other types of powder besides cocoa or green tea powder (i.e., almond powder, coconut powder), adjust the amount of cake flour to 50g Almond Powder & 170g Cake Flour. Royal Icing Ingredients: 1 Egg White, 200g Powdered Sugar, and A Little Bit of Milk. Adjust the consistency with lemon juice or milk!
