This is a super easy Pa-Bulgogi (Green Onion Bulgogi), made with thin pork belly, sliced green onion and cho-gochujang (vinegar red pepper paste). This is quite tasty! I highly recommended this when you don't want to cook a difficult recipe! Pa-Bulgogi also is great with perilla leaves! (Of course, you also can add garlic and eat it as fried rice, too!)
Ingredients (2~3 serving)
500g Thin Pork Belly
2 Sliced Green Onions
Cho-Gochujang (Vinegar Red Pepper Paste)
1) Put thin pork belly and sliced green onions in a pan and cook them together for a while.
2) Mix in cho-gochujang (vinegar red pepper paste).
It's also good with kimchi! You can add more sliced green onions and cho-gochujang (vinegar red pepper paste) to your liking.
