'The Grand Budapest Hotel' Mendl's Courtesan au Chocolat

I tried making the Courtesan au Chocolat, which was in my favorite movie, "The Grand Budapest Hotel." It was shown as "Mendl's" in the film, but its name is actually "Courtesan au Chocolat"! I don't know if you all watched the movie, but it's all pink and purple, right? So I tried my best to make it similar.

Ingredients for the Pastry

120ml Water

120g Flour

90g Butter

4 Eggs

A Pinch of Salt

A Larger Pinch of Sugar

400ml Milk

200g Dark Chocolate

3 Egg Yolks

35g Sugar

2Tbsp Cocoa Powder

1Tbsp Flour

A Pinch of Corn Starch

Ingredients for the Decoration

Icing (Milk, Confectioners Sugar, Vanilla Extract; Food Coloring in Pink, Green and Violet)

White Chocolate

Butter Cream (Food Coloring in Sky Blue)
