Hello, this is Sweet The MI. Today, I'll be showing you another basic recipe for Italian Meringue Buttercream. This is good to have with the vanilla cake recipe I uploaded before. Enjoy your dessert! :) Ingredients: 200g Sugar, 1/4cup Water, 4 Egg Whites, 230g Unsalted Butter (room temperature), and 1/4tsp Vanilla Extract.
