Hello, everyone! I bring you another Pepero recipe! This one is bigger and much more like a cake. Enjoy! Pre-heat the oven at 200C for 20 minutes. Bake at 335F (170C) for 20 minutes. Ingredients: 70g Melted Butter, 100g Cake Flour, 20g Cocoa Powder, 80g Powdered Sugar, 150g Heavy Cream, 100g Dark Chocolate, and 100g White Chocolate. Notes: Plain flour can be used instead of cake flour. Yellow sugar can be used instead of powdered sugar of white sugar. Add 2g of baking powder to help the cake rise. Use chocolate that has a deep flavor and solidifies easily. Couverture is the best! (ABC chocolate is okay but not Ghana chocolate. I used E-Mart's no-brand chocolate and white coating chocolate.)
