[Cook in My Own Way] Coffee Dacquoise

Hello, This is Soya! Today, I made Coffee Dacquoise in my own way! You can follow this recipe very easily! :) Ingredients for the Dough: 3 Egg Whites, 25g Sugar, 100g Almond Powder, 100g Powdered Sugar, and 20g Soft Flour. Recipe -- 1) 3 Egg Whites + 25g Sugar -> Meringue. 2) 100g Almond Powder + 100g Powdered Sugar + 20g Soft Flour (sift twice) and add meringue. 3) Pipe the dough and pour some powdered sugar, then bake! 4) Bake in a pre-heated 180C-degree oven for 15 minutes. Ingredients for Mocha Cream: 100g Butter, 1 Egg White, 35g Powdered Sugar, 1Tbsp Coffee , and 1Tbsp Rum. Recipe -- 1) Cream the Butter. 2) Mix 1 Egg White + 35g Powdered Sugar -> meringue. 3) Mix the creamed butter and meringue, add coffee and rum. Finished!
