A hot soup of fish cakes on a snowy day! Great with soju! It's fairly simple, and you can add a luxurious flavor with katsuobushi soup.
Dried Bonito Soup
Bar Rice Cake (Garaedduk )
1) Put diced daikons and water in a pot, then boil until you can see through the daikons and season with katsuobushi soup.
2) Put wooden sticks through fish cakes and bar rice cake, and prepare shiitake mushroom, crown daisy, and dried pepper.
3) Place the skewers into the pot, pour in the prepared broth and boil with mushroom, crown daisy and dried pepper.
