When you bake a lot, you can end up with so many leftover egg yolks. So, I made simple egg yolks soaked in soy sauce.
1) Place egg yolks in a plastic container.
2) Carefully pour soy sauce.
3) Refrigerate for 1 day. Do not keep for more than 2 days.
4) To serve, carefully spoon out an egg yolk and place on a bed of rice. Sprinkle some sesame oil and sesame seeds.
You also can add sliced seasoned laver (seaweed) for additional flavor. Mix and enjoy!
