Today’s menu is Soy Sauce Noodle ("Ganjang Guksu")! "Guksu" means noodles.
Ingredients (for 1 person)
3Tbsp Soy Sauce
1Tbsp Sesame Oil
1) Mix the soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil and sesame seeds in a bowl.
2) Cook noodles in boiling water for 3-4 minutes.
3) Rinse the noodles and strain to remove moisture.
4) Dress the noodles with the sauce in a bowl. Done!
