Ingredients (2~3 Servings)
300g Bean Sprouts
400~500g Thin Pork Belly
3Tbsp Red Pepper Powder
1Tbsp Gochujang (Red Pepper Paste)
3Tbsp Soy Sauce
1Tbsp Crushed Garlic
2Tbsp Mirim or Rice Wine or Water
Add hot pepper, if you like it spicy.
