Amber Kuo is a Taiwanese singer and actress born in Taipei, Taiwan, on February 19, 1986. She first got a break in the entertainment industry when she appeared in 2006 music videos for singers Tank, Stefanie Sun, and Real. The following year she released her debut solo album “Invisible Superman.” She made her movie debut in “Au Revoir Taipei” (2010), and later the same year voiced the character Astrid in the Taiwanese version of “How to Train Your Dragon.” She starred in “Tiny Times 1.0” and “Tiny Times 2.0” in 2013, and also appeared in the subsequent installments in the series, “Tiny Times 3.0” in 2014, and “Tiny Times 4.0” in 2015. More recently, she has appeared in the movies “Lord of Shanghai” (2017) and “Always Miss You” (2019).

In this heartwarming ensemble drama, wedding planner Jia Yi (Amber Kuo) reflects on her own relationship as she prepares her 100th wedding, while struggling with her boyfriend's (Rhydian Vaughan) lack of commitment. Meanwhile, superstar Jing Ming (Jam Hsiao) faces a critical personal dilemma when his wife Nana (Zhao Li Ying) goes into labor on New Year's Eve, forcing him to choose between family and professional obligations. Overworked police officers Zhong Wei (Xia Yu) and Ya Lun (Gordon Lam) experience a moment of humanity after capturing suspect Hou Zi (Zhang Yi), which prompts them to contemplate their own family connections. As the characters navigate personal challenges during the Chinese New Year, their stories intertwine to explore themes of love, duty, and family bonds. This is a 2015 Chinese film directed by Eva Jin and Pan An Zi.
