Mini Tsai is a Taiwanese singer and actress. Born on November 15, 1987, she also is known by the names Cai Huang Ru and Dou Hua Mei. Mini made her acting debut in the 2012 film “Silent Code.” She also has starred in other films and television dramas, including “The New World” (2015), “Constellation Women Series – Pisces Woman” (2015), “The Masked Lover” (2017) and “See You in Time” (2017-2018).
