Fan Guang Yao is a Taiwanese actor. He was born on May 3, 1975, in Taipei, Taiwan, and made his acting debut in 1990. Since then, he has appeared in a variety of films and television dramas, including “Beautiful Accident” (2017) and “Happy Enemy” (2022).
