Miura Tomokazu is a Japanese actor and musician who was born on January 28, 1952, in Yamanashi Prefecture, Japan. He began working as a musician and was initially a member of the rock band RC Succession, but in the mid-1970s transitioned into acting., debuting in the movie “Izu no Odoriko” in 1974. He has since gone on to appear in scores of hit movie releases, including “Typhoon Club” in 1985, “Rampo” (1994), and 2004’s “The Taste of Tea.” His more recent movie credits include “Voices in the Wind” (2020) and the 2021 movie “Detective Chinatown 3.”
