Onodera Akira is a Japanese actor and model who was born on July 16, 1999, in Kanagawa Prefecture, Japan. He made his acting debut in 2016, starring in the drama series “Criminologist Himura and Mystery Writer Arisugawa and the movie “The Red Rain.” He has since followed up with appearances in movies such as “Daytime Shooting Star” in 2017, as well as the drama series titles “May December Couple” (2020) and 2021’s “Kakegurui Twin.”

Hard-of-hearing college student Kohei Sugihara (Hideya Tawada) tends to distance himself from others, until classmate Taichi Sagawa (Akira Onodera) runs into him.
