Yu Shirota, born Yu Shirota Fernández, is a Japanese actor and singer. He was born on December 26, 1985 in Tokyo, Japan and made his debut in the entertainment world in 2003 when he took on the role of Tuxedo Kamen (or Tuxedo Mask) in the Sailor Moon Musicals. In October 2004, he joined Watanabe Entertainment’s boy group, D-BOYS, a group he graduated from in 2008. Since debut, he has appeared in numerous films and television dramas, including “GTO in Taiwan” (2014) and “A Virgin Woman of Literature” (2018).
