Katsumi Takahashi is a Japanese actor who was born on April 1, 1961, in Sanjo, Niigata Prefecture, Japan. He began acting in earnest in the 1990s, appearing in dramas such as “Nanako, the Amateur Doctor” (1997) and the movie “The Hypnotist” (1999). He has since gone on to appear in scores of movie and drama titles in the years since. In 2021, he starred in the drama series “Promise Cinderella.”
