Issei Takahashi is an award-winning Japanese actor. He was born on December 9, 1980, in Tokyo, Japan, and made his acting debut in 1990. Since then, he has lent his voice to various animated productions and has appeared in a wide variety of films and television dramas, including “Heaven and Hell: Soul Exchange” (2021).
