Issei Takahashi is an award-winning Japanese actor. He was born on December 9, 1980, in Tokyo, Japan, and made his acting debut in 1990. Since then, he has lent his voice to various animated productions and has appeared in a wide variety of films and television dramas, including “Heaven and Hell: Soul Exchange” (2021).

An ambitious detective in the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department’s violent crimes unit, Ayako Mochizuki (Haruka Ayase) is determined to make a name for herself as one of the unit’s best detectives. Driven by a strong sense of justice, Ayako has worked hard her entire career, a fact that has not gone unnoticed by her superiors.
