Tsutsui Michitaka is a Japanese actor who was born on March 31, 1971, in Tokyo, Japan. He debuted in the 1990 sports-themed movie “Flutter Kick Goldfish” – a live-action version of a hit manga series. He has since gone on to appear in the movie “Marmalade Boy” (2018) and the 2022 drama “Don’t Call it Mystery.”
