Totsugi Shigeyuki is a Japanese actor who was born on November 7, 1973, in Sapporo, Hokkaido Prefecture, Japan. He began appearing in movies in the early 2000s, and featured in the films “River” (2003) and “Little DJ” (2007). He has since gone on to appear in a large number of hit dramas, such as the more recent “Super Rich” (2021) and “FIGHT SONG” (2022).
