Takagi Rina is a Japanese actress, who was born on March 22, 1979, in Numazu, Shizuoka Prefecture, Japan. She began acting professionally in the late 1990s, and starred in drama titles such as “Perfect Love” in 1999 and “Dear Tsugumi” in 2000. In 2001, she made her big-screen bow in “Go.” Her movie credits include “Curling Love” (2007) and the more recent “The Handmaiden” (2016).
