Shinoda Mariko is a Japanese singer, actress, and model who was born on March 11, 1986, Itoshima, Fukuoka Prefecture, Japan. In 2006, she debuted as a member of the all-female pop collective AKB48, going on to join and also captain the group’s Team A unit. She eventually graduated from the group in the early 2010s, but rejoined her former groupmates for a reunion in 2016. Her drama credits include “Love Game” (2009) and she has also appeared in movies, such as “Re: Born” (2016), “Vigilante” (2017), and 2018’s “Gangoose.”
