Ryuhei Maruyama is a Japanese idol, singer, radio host, and actor. He was born on November 26, 1983, in Kyoto, Japan, and made his debut as an actor in 1998, when he took his first role in a theatrical production. In 1999, he made his television debut and debuted as a member of the Japanese boy band, Kanjani∞, in 2002. In 2011, he took his first film role and has appeared in a handful of films and a variety of theatrical productions, television reality programs and dramas since, including “Why I Dress Up for Love” (2021).
