Rieko Miura is a Japanese singer, actress, and voice actor. She was born on September 1, 1973, in Tokyo, Japan, and made her debut in the entertainment industry in 1989, as a member of the J-Pop girl group, CoCo. In 1991, she appeared as a member of the one-shot girl group, Mini Sukapan. Later that year, she made her debut as a solo artist, with the release of her first single , “Namida no Tsubomi tachi”. In 1995, she made her debut as an actress, taking her first role in a television drama. In 1998, she made her debut as a voice actor, taking on the voice of Komachi Ono in her first television animation and in 2017, she took her first role in a film. Since then, she has worked both on and off the screen, appearing in a variety of films and numerous television dramas, including “Today’s Kira-kun” (2017).
