Ishibashi Ryo, born Ishibashi Hideki, is a Japanese singer and an award-winning actor. He was born on July 20, 1956, in Kurume, Fukuoka, Kyushu, Japan, and made his debut in the entertainment industry in 1978 when ARB, the rock band he started in 1977, made their official debut. Though his roles in a number of Japanese horror films released around the turn of the century gained him global fame, he took his first film role in 1986. Since then, he has appeared in a wide variety of films and television dramas, including “Parasite in Love” (2021).

Sato Shinohara (Tsuchiya Tao) runs a budget-friendly restaurant with her mother, attracting loyal customers through her welcoming personality. When her boyfriend Kenta Miyama (Matsushita Kouhei) proposes, she happily accepts.
