Teresa Daley, also known as Chi Pei Hui, is a Taiwanese actress. She was born in the United States on June 1, 1989 but grew up in Taiwan, graduating from Taipei’s Tatung High School and its Chinese Culture University. She made her acting debut in 2006 and has appeared in a wide variety of films and television dramas since, including “Crime Scene Investigation Center” (2015) and “I Like You, Do You Know?” (2016).

Shen Mu Ze (Anderson Cheng), a talented surfer from a coastal town, lives and breathes the sport.
