Eli Shi is a Taiwanese actor. Born on March 13, 1974, he made his acting debut in the 1992 film “Rogue.” He has since appeared in a number of films and television dramas, including “Love Keeps Going” (2011), “Borrow Your Love” (2013) and “House of Toy Bricks” (2017).
