Former police officer Su Young (Jeon Do Yeon) has just completed her two-year prison sentence after taking the fall for a corruption scandal in exchange for a hefty payout from Andy (Ji Chang Wook), who masterminded the entire operation. Radio program producer Dong Hyun (Han Suk Kyu) is still trying to get over his ex – to the extent that when he receives a record that had particular symbolic importance to his ex, he decides to play the song "Pale Blue Eyes" in the hopes of reaching out to her. However, he ends up reaching someone else entirely: home shopping telemarketer Soo Hyun (Jeon Do Yeon), who narrowly escapes a car accident while listening to Dong Hyun's broadcast. Seeing the incident as a sign, she submits a request online for Dong Hyun to play the same song again the next day, and he obliges, thinking that the song request came from his ex. The two continue chatting with each other online and develop a relationship beyond just talking about music. Will this case of mistaken identity lead to real romance? This movie won several awards, including the 1997 Grand Bell Award for Best Film.
